Right On Style was born in 2018 from a simple truth — success starts with confidence, and confidence starts with alignment.

I created this space for women who are ready to grow in their careers, step into leadership, or pivot toward something new — but who might be holding back because of self-doubt, perfectionism, or uncertainty about what’s next.

I’ve been there too. I know what it’s like to question your path, to feel stuck between wanting more and not knowing how to move forward. And I also know the power of rediscovering who you are — and showing up with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.

That’s what Right On Style is all about: helping women align their inner confidence with their outer presence so they can lead, grow, and thrive on their own terms.

My coaching blends two powerful dimensions:

I’m a business strategist, Certified Coach Practitioner, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across retail, consulting, startups, and fashion.

Throughout my journey — from leading teams in Fortune 500 companies to serving as an executive for small businesses and startups — I’ve learned that real success starts from within. Confidence isn’t hidden; it can either lift us forward or quietly hold us back. My mission is to help women awaken that inner confidence, step fully into their power, and navigate growth or career transitions with clarity, courage, and purpose.

I hold an MBA, an MSc in Global Textile Marketing, and several business diplomas, complemented by executive training from Yale and the Canadian Management Centre. I’m globally certified by the Style Coaching Institute (UK) and the International Image Institute (Canada).

As a former Board Member of the Association of Image Consultants International (Canada Chapter) and Member of the Year 2018–2019, I combine business insight with a passion for helping women lead and live with authentic confidence — aligning who they are with how they show up.
